Enterprise's Network Culture and Tacit Knowledge Management

Nowadays, there are more and more studies about enterprise knowledge management. Among them, the way of promoting the sharing and transition of tacit knowledge has long been an emphasis in the study of business knowledge management. Many factors affect the sharing and transition of tacit knowledge, one of which is enterprise culture. By analysis, the paper thinks that the enterprise network culture targets to set up a value system that is composed by values, such as people-orientation, trust, and sharing, and this culture will strongly propel the transition, transformation and sharing of business knowledge.
