摘要：
Modern requirements for the technology, quality control, and pharmaceutical development of extemporaneous medicines for children were analyzed according to current regulations adopted in Ukraine, the Russian Federation, and the EC countries. The necessity of refining these requirements in the RF and revising the existing "Instructions for the Preparation in Pharmacies of Medicines for Children" in view of the acceptance of the European requirements in Ukraine was shown.
