Fuzzy modeling based on fuzzy clustering and kalman filtering with SVD matrix decomposition

摘要
This paper is concerned with the application of Kalman filtering (SVD) and fuzzy clustering to build the fuzzy model. First of all, the GK fuzzy clustering method is used to confirm the input space of fuzzy model. In addition, Kalman Filtering approach based on singular value decomposition is applied to estimate the consequent parameters of the fuzzy model in order to avoid error delivery and error accumulation. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, the numerical example is performed in the end of the paper.
