摘要
This paper introduces the database technology based on virtual instrument, which is applied in equipment measurement system. In the automated test system, the hardware development uses PXI bus structure, and the software was developed based on LabWindows/CVI, using SQL Server 2000 to create database, and operating the database by SQL Tookit. The combination of database technology and virtual instrument expands the function of virtual instrument greatly.
