摘要
A representative of new instruments uses "new language" for P&W (Product & Waste = Production Objects) environmental engineering, there is the system DYVELOP - dynamic vector logistics of production. It is special system of integrated logistic approach to process engineering & management originally. Its ability of an application for objects and process design is tested here. The <(<tau>)over right arrow>, <(<kappa>)over right arrow> (a transformation, a coherence) are defined as object fundamental mathematical vector quantities. Objects Be process creation and design is founded on an object - subject - environment structure. The activities of object creation, design and innovation are concurrent processes, which can he identified with the environments. The coherence <(<kappa>)over right arrow> is introduced as a dynamic variable for system's innovation process evaluation. It evaluates of the quality of dependent processes and Environmental activities. The influence of the <(<tau>)over right arrow>, <(<kappa>)over right arrow> to design object change is defined at innovation structure by means of a ranks R. The discrete R-i is transposed at the range of three stars structure: "a reproduction"*, "an evolution".**, "a revolution".***. A System's Process Quantum (SPQ) is defined for using of the DYVELOP in product and process innovation.
