A Multi-Objective Operational Model for MC/MP Supply Chain

摘要
MC/MP supply chain is an integrating system of MC supply chain and MP supply chain, the former supply chain aims to reduce the cost and the responding time, the latter supply chain aims to reduce the cost. Considering the difference goals of MC supply chain and MP supply chain, this paper has presented a multi-objective operational model for minimizing the total cost of MC/MP supply chain and the responding time of MC supply chain. A [OBJECTIVE] function and a [SUB-OBJECTIVE] function with corresponding constraints are formulated. In the end of the paper, a numerical example is presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model. Comparing the optimal results with other two cases, the optimal responding time of MC supply chain is shortest by the proposed multi-objective operational model, and the minimization operational cost of MC/MP supply chain will increase while the minimization time of MC supply chain decreases. So, a MC/MP company should make a decision of the responding time to minimize the operational cost and satisfy the consumers.
