摘要
In this paper, a dynamic power allocation (DPA) for power domain non-orthogonal multiple access (PD-NOMA) with user mobility is proposed. The proposed DPA will allocate powers for different users by considering the following conditions: total transmit power, outage probability, and successive interference cancellation (SIC). To better represent the real-life condition, a mobility model for NOMA is presented. It enables each user to have variable directions and speed, resulting in the change of distance in relation to the base station. The performance of the DPA is compared with static power allocation (SPA) under the user mobility. The simulation results show the gain of sum rate and rate fairness achieved by the proposed DPA.
