Impact of Urban Rail Transit on Nearby Houses' Prices

摘要
Taking Zhengzhou metro line No. 1 as an example, the impact of urban rail transit on nearby houses' prices is researched and several important influence factors like the house distance off the nearest station, the station distance off its city centre, and the time and duration of the house price change are quantitatively analyzed. Based on current oversea researches, using the land price function method, a mathematical model measuring the effect of urban rail transit on nearby houses' prices is established, the model's results are explained and some useful conclusions are drawn from the model.
