Image compression technology for real-time systems of remote sensing

摘要
We discuss information technologies for image compression in real-time systems. We use a method based on the hierarchical grid interpolation which provides high compression ratio, low computational complexity and strict control of image reconstruction quality. A uniform rate of formation of compressed data output stream is provided using a method of output stream rate stabilization. Besides, to increase noise immunity of compressed data digital transmission we develop a method for encoded information protection against failures.
