摘要
From this study we found Cutt-Of Point Cedilanid D IV toxic was 1.0 mg/24 hours with sensitivity 62,5 % and specificity 90 %. Average initial doses of cedilanid D IV was 0.99 +/- 0.25 mg/24 hours. The trial described statistically significant differences p<0.05, for diagnosis functional r=+0.65, diagnosis arrythmic r=+0.38 and ages r=+0.37. And not significant for diagnosis etiologic and body weight. Further more we found some result those are; I)classification digitalis serum concentration as subtherapeutic is <0.9 ng/ml, therapeutic 0.9 - 2.0 ng/ml and toxic > 2.0 ng/ml. 2) The serum digitalis level with therapeutic effect was 0.9 - 2.0 ng/ml. 3) The best determinant doses for digitalis intoxication was 2 ngl mi, with sensitivity 88,9 % and spesificity 77.4%. 4) At 10 days after maintenance dose serum digitalis level not significant between rapid digitalis and oral digitalis (Jelliffe), and 10) We suggested rapid digitalisation are effective with minimal toxicity at dose 1.0 mg/24 hours Cutt-Of Point Cedilanid D IV.
