摘要
The employment rate and employment quality of female students were significantly lower than boys at present, and the reason is the prevalence of employment inequality. While under the influence of many factors in today's society, female students of science and engineering are facing gender, geography, profession, experience and other employment inequality, which urgent need social concern. Through research, analytic hierarchy process to obtain various factors from government, universities, families, employers and female students themselves regard these five important degree, calculated by weight in these five areas of heavy weights analyze each guide female students employment sense direction, and propose how to improve the employability of female students in science and engineering universities countermeasures.
