摘要:
The article considers the problem of formation and settlement of ecological-economic systems during the recovery of the industrially affected lands. An agroenergetic mechanism of their ecologization is offered for the formation and implementation of the agroenergetic climate corridor on the most heavily industrially-affected lands in the city of Balaklava. The structure of the pilot project includes the patented technical decisions of the power-active technogenic park and its physical model of the energy-active farm both belonging to complex ecological-economic systems.
