摘要：
Employment situation becomes increasingly severe due to the college expansion plan. The psychological problem of employment of fresh graduates in third-tier colleges and universities has gradually become a heated issue. I select some samples of third-tier colleges and universities and make special research. On the basis of analyzing the research statistically, I expound the existing employment mental obstacles of fresh graduates in third-tier colleges and universities. Finally, I propose the strategies to address psychological disorders, expecting to play certain practical roles in the adjustment of employment psychology of fresh graduates in third-tier colleges and universities.
