Innovation Research on the Reform of Employment Guidance Mode in Colleges and Universities

Employment is a worldwide and permanent problem. In view of this, employment is of great importance for people's livelihood today, and the employment of college graduates is a rather difficult task. Colleges and universities are the final preparation stage for students to go out into the society and have the obligation and responsibility to provide career guidance effectively for students. To this end, the embodiment of employment guidance in colleges and universities, problems of college employment guidance and the innovation strategy of the reform mode of employment guidance will be expounded in this paper. Employment guidance, a key component part of college and university education, is the key issue to guide college students for career planning and career guidance, which can guide students to know the situation clearly, increase employment knowledge, and positioning themselves scientifically. In addition, the employment guidance of universities can also allow students to establish self-confidence and improve their abilities and expertise, which is conducive to form the correct employment view for students and the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, this paper analyzes mainly the innovation on college employment guidance mode reform.
