University Students' Information Literacy Education Based on the Web 2.0 Environment

摘要：
This paper analyzes the effect of Web 2.0 network environment on information literacy education it mainly focuses on the application of three common techniques and tools of Web 2.0, namely, using Blog, Rss and Wiki to enrich the means of information literacy education of university students, improving their ability to obtain, evaluate and use information.
