Investigation on heat exchange and lubrication of rolling piston type rotary compressor in air conditioner

摘要
To get the temperature distribution under steady working conditions,the compressor is divided into 15 parts, regarding the friction losses and motor heating as inner heat sources, taking account of the influence of the lubricant oil flow in heat exchange process, each part is analyzed with the application of lumped and isothermal method. The influence of the bearing gap and lubricant oil viscosity to performance of the compressor are analyzed. The simulation is valuable for the compressor optimum design, elevating the performance and reliability.
