摘要
Customer satisfaction influencing factors in E-shopping were analyzed in this paper. An index system on customer satisfaction was constructed based on 19 indicators from five categories in E-shopping. Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to calculate the weight of each indicator and this establishes a foundation for further empirical research.
