摘要
With the call of the nation for national fitness, athletic sports are becoming more and more popular, more and more forms of sports have been sought after by people, badminton is one of the more popular sports, badminton is dexterous and light, and can play a good fitness effect. People's love for badminton encourages people to make a thorough study to badminton. Core strength training is an important content of badminton training, and applying core strength training to badminton can improve the athletes' reaction ability. This article combines the core strength training with badminton, studies its role in badminton training, and carries on the analysis and inquiry to it. In recent years, core strength training has aroused extensive attention in the training of competitive sports, and it is considered by many experts and scholars as an important part of physical fitness training for athletes. In the current badminton training, individual differences in athletes' training are becoming smaller and smaller, in order to improve the athletic level of badminton players of our country rapidly, we must find new and high-efficiency training methods. Badminton training, which we know, requires multiple muscle groups in an athlete's body to work together in a coordinated way, the strong core muscle group plays an important role in the body posture, motor skills and special movements of the athletes in the exercise. Any movement is not a single movement, the core muscle group plays the important role of stabilizing the center of gravity and transmitting forces in this cooperative movement, and plays an important bond role to the coordinated movement of the whole body. The training methods for core strength can let athletes better play the stability of sports, improve the strength in the process of movement, at the same time can improve the exercise duration of the athletes, can avoid a series of problems, such as muscle strain, etc., which caused by long training, can also improve the efficiency of sports. Therefore, the core strength training is of great significance to badminton training, it is worth our study.
