摘要
Being one of the most vital production organs of the enterprise, workshop's agility determines the enterprise's overall agility in some ways. Faced with challenge of multiple product demands and dynamic production environment, production management in workshop needs to be more adaptive than ever before. With that consideration in mind, the paper introduces, concept of Cellular Manufacturing and puts forward collaborative control architecture based on order adapting to manufacturing cell. The architecture has the characteristics of hierarchy, decentralization, collaborative control to improve autonomy, and flexibility for the manufacturing process. Architecture of a Web-Based Collaborative Manufacturing Management System is also put forward Through application it proves that the software system can commendably support collaborative manufacturing management, rapid frame reconfiguration, functional extension and integration with other enterprise application for the adoption of relax-coupling architecture and component technology. Finally the MAS-Based collaborative control oriented to cell for system extension is studied.
