摘要
A class of a new pattern anti-vibration isolation vibrating machine has been proposed by applied the dynamic anti-vibration isolation (DAVI) theory into vibrating machine, namely the double-mass anti-vibration isolation vibrating machine. Based on the Lagrange equations, the dynamic model of this kind of vibrating machine has been established, and the transmissibility expression has been deduced also. The isolation effect has been verified by computer simulation and model experiment, which is better than the general second isolation vibrating machine obviously. And the transmissibility of second anti-vibration vibrating machine has less relation to the down plastid mass. The total weight and height of this machine are far lower than the general second isolation vibrating machine. About the large-scale vibrating machine which utilizes the anti-vibration isolation theory can effectively decrease the construction cost of the workshop.
