摘要：
We give the boundedness on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces for oscillatory singular integral operators with polynomial phases and rough kernels of the form e(iP(x))Omega(x)vertical bar x vertical bar(-n), where Omega epsilon L log(+) L(Sn-1) is homogeneous of degree zero and satisfies certain cancellation condition.
