摘要
Oxide-based double-perovskite upconversion materials exhibit outstanding photostability and excellent upconversion luminescence (UCL), and thus have drawn increasing attention in temperature sensing field. Herein, a promising UCL phosphor Ba2LaNbO6 doped with Er3+ and Yb3+ was prepared by a facile high-temperature solidstate method. The Ba2LaNbO6:Er3+/Yb3+ phosphor with a double-perovskite structure possess two green and one red emissions. Based on the fluorescence intensity ratio technique, the maximum sensitivity of SA and SR are found to be 34.91 x 10(-4) K-1 at 472.9 K and 146.31 x 10(-4) K-1 at 313.5 K for the I500-540/I625-720. Excellent UCL and temperature sensing behavior of as-prepared Ba2LaNbO6 phosphor doped with Er3+ and Yb3+ may be as an alternative candidate for temperature sensing.
