摘要：
This paper highlights the challenges and processes involved in developing Business English teaching competences in a primarily francophone environment. Participants will learn how to fine-tune blended training for trainees with little prior teaching experience. Reference will be made to a British Council-Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry project which culminated in setting up quality language centres in Algeria.
