摘要：
The formulation of local supporting policies on patent should consider the real situation of the districts. Here we take Gansu province as an example, and analyze the difficulties in the development of patent work from the ratio of patent agencies, the amount of applications, the advantage of patent field and the current situation of patent transformation. Then this paper suggests the development direction for the future patent work, as well as innovation and optimization of the related policies.
