摘要：
This paper structured the Heilongjiang province competition index system, and evaluated the regional industrial competitiveness in Heilongjiang province by factor analysis. Then, it summarized out three big categories about the condition of the regional industrial competitiveness in Heilongjiang province. At last, the paper gave some useful developed suggestions.
