摘要
Absorption spectroscopy is demonstrated with microfluidic devices using collimating graded-index fibers. The optofluidics setup allows for absorption measurements to be performed with 10x smaller volumes than for standard cuvettes but with comparable sensitivity. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
