摘要
This paper proposes an uncooled infrared detector based on a heterostructure comprising Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 (BST) ceramic and graphene. The relationship between heterojunction current and ambient temperature was determined to further analyze the effect of BST phase transition on the graphene resistance. The current at 0.1 V increased by 0.3% and 4% as the temperature was increased to 27 and 31 degrees C, respectively. Thus, the rate of change within the phase transition temperature range was 0.9%/degrees C. These insights serve as a foundation for the development of graphene/ferroelectric heterostructures for application in uncooled infrared detectors.
