Determination of the total content of N, P, and S in water using ion-chromatography

摘要：
An ion-chromatographic method for determination of total nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur in water samples exposed to UV radiation in the presence of hydrogen peroxide is proposed. Optimum conditions for the reaction of oxidation are specified. The method is tested on actual samples of potable and natural waters and can be recommended for their routine analysis in analytical laboratories.
