摘要：

This paper reviews the progress and application of the software aided sport training plan. The results indicated that there are a dozen patterns on the software, each with a distinct identity, which based on different developing platform and supported by database technologies. The functions of the software include making training plans, operation monitoring and result respond of training. Their user interface is warm and convenient, fault tolerant technique is sophisticated. The dimension's conformance of training load and intensity and individuation are problems that should be solved quickly.
