摘要：
In this paper, empirical study was conducted by focusing on the interaction between the regiaonal electricity industry and economic development in Yunnan Province, China. The authors Figure out the direct and indirect effects of the development of the electricity industry in promoting the regional economic development in Yunnan between 2002 and 2011. On the base of the qualitative analysis, the authors also study the causal connection between the development of electrical industry and the local economy based on the Granger Causality Test.
