摘要
The growing need for quality system in the field of continuous vocational education and training (VET) is shown by the emergence of many activities in the area all over Europe. Quality becomes an important issue from two points of view: of competition on the market, and of consumer protection. This paper is based on the project "Centre for Excellency in Quality for Vocational Training for Adults". The main goal of this project is to develop a model for providers of vocational education and training for adults in order to influence their further development and quality. The target group is made up of the most important providers of vocational training for the adults that collaborate with the County Agencies for Unemployment in Region 7 Centre. The project has 6 main objectives: (1) Adapting the existing quality standards for the vocational training for adults; (2) Conceiving the Quality Manual of the Romanian-German Foundation - a model for other vocational training providers; (3) Adapting the existing EVBB (Europaischer Verband Beruflicher Bildungstrager) Quality Criteria Guide for Vocational Training; (4) Disseminating information about the quality criteria; (5) Training providers in quality management systems; (6) Creating a proper environment for enhancing the quality of the vocational training services.
