摘要
In the etiopathogenesis of borderline personality disorder are involved genetic, biological, psychological and socio-cultural factors. Psychosocial influences are essential in the development of identity disorder which is the core of borderline personality disorder. Identity disturbance generates instability of self-image, emotions, personal and spiritual beliefs, interpersonal relationships and behavior, often with self-harm consequences. We evaluated a lot of 70 patients diagnosed with borderline personality disorder in the Psychiatric Clinic 2, Tg. Mures, between September 2009 and March 2014. The lot was distributed for demographic and psychiatric nosological criteria. Disturbances in sociocultural factors, such as general and specific cultural and educational models, types of parenting, temperamental and characterial traits of the family members, educational and financial familial level, pattern of moral and spiritual principles of the family, play a fundamental role in development of borderline personality.
