摘要：

The paper evaluates the E-government efficiency of 19 province official websites (include the county levels) in Chengdu and utilizes the principal component analysis to analyze the data published by the government and then proposes the input and output indicators system of Chengdu local e-government and based on the applying of the DEAP2.1. The data shows that there is a distinct difference in the VRSTE and SE of each county and this difference illustrates the imbalance of the development of e-government between each county. Besides, the technical efficiency is the dominant factor which influents the development of the overall efficiency values of e-government in Chengdu's counties.
