摘要
The aim of the paper is to emphasize the growing importance of two main concepts -CSR and PR - as well as the core connection between them. The analysis of this relationship becomes even more important in the context of the current economic crisis, encompassing the change in the communication policy that companies should adapt at. Generally speaking, both CSR and PR envisage the corporate public image and a good management of all types of direct and indirect stakeholders. However, the purpose of the present research goes to the edge of these two concepts in order to identify new valences of the above mentioned relationship. The last part of the paper approaches the position of CSR within the PR field in Romania, focusing on recommendations regarding the consolidation of their strategic role.
