摘要：
The scientific and rational urban planning is not only the important guarantee but also the significant guide to the promotion of sustainable urban planning. Depending on the human by artificial starting point, this thesis is aim at giving valuable advice on constructing a healthy, efficient, civilized ecological city, starting from the perspective of city culture, land planning and urban green system planning.
