摘要
The subject of natural environment is always the focus discussed. Government regulations, the preferences of customers and other stockholders take more emphasis on the "green" goods and services. So companies have to consider the natural environment while making decisions. In the stage of supply chain management, "Environment" or "green" are integrated into the decision-making and day-to-day operations of supply chain management. Based on the interpretation and analysis of the existing decision-framework of green supply chain management (GSCM), we complement and adjust the factors affecting the decision-making framework and relations among them. Finally we propose a new decision framework of GSCM.
