摘要
Background: The classroom environment will affect the effect of learners' oral learning, which is specifically reflected in the restrictions on classroom teaching time, less time and opportunities for students' oral practice, and the restrictions on students by the educational system. With the increasing anxiety disorder of college students, the teaching of oral English expression ability and autonomous learning ability needs to be reformed. Subject and methods: 200 students with anxiety disorder with different degrees of psychological anxiety were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the digital random grouping method. The students in the control group adopted the ordinary English teaching scheme, while the students in the experimental group adopted the proposed teaching scheme to improve their oral English expression ability and autonomous learning ability. The whole experimental cycle lasted for 3 months. After the experiment, the mental health status of patients was analyzed by Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA), and the anxiety of college students was analyzed and evaluated by random forest algorithm. Results: Compared with the control group, the improvement rate of anxiety students in the experimental group was higher in the seven mental factor dimensions. This is because the teaching plan to improve students' oral English expression ability and autonomous learning ability can help students dredge their psychological problems in time. Conclusions: The improvement of oral English expression ability and autonomous learning ability can greatly improve the mental health level of anxiety students. In the follow-up, it can be applied to the psychological intervention of anxiety patients of college students. The teaching plan to improve college oral English expression ability and autonomous learning ability needs to be formulated in combination with students' unique psychology, which can not only improve students' mental health level, but also cultivate high-quality talents for colleges and universities.
