摘要：
It is more and more prominent that the value of urban house is affected by economic life. The author redefined the economic life of urban house, analyzed theory economic depreciation, practical economic depreciation and total depreciation of house, and brought forwards to the estimation method of economic depreciation amount and account formula of market value when the economic life of house changes.
