Ground Viscous Effect on Stall of Wing in Ground Effect

摘要
Most experimental investigations on wing in ground effect were carried out based on fixed ground wind tunnel test. Ground viscous effect would affect the stall characteristics of wing in ground effect. A numerical study is performed to clarify the ground viscous effect on stall of wing in ground effect. Fixed ground based and moving ground based wind tunnel tests are considered in the simulations. Stall characteristics of wing in ground effect are revealed. It is found that stall angle of wing in ground effect is increased with fixed ground. The results provide a reference for accurately predicting and evaluating stall of wing-in-ground effect (WIG) craft.
