The growth of high-tech enterprises in China: A positive study

In the paper I make a positive study on the main factors that affect high-tech enterprise's,growth-manpower capital and RID etc.. By using data of China's listed high-tech enterprises, I centralize the relationship among enterprise value (return of equity, ROE) or enterprise's growth value (Tobin's Q) and manager's salary, RID fee, RID employee etc. The result shows that the enterprise's growth value (Tobin's Q) has a distinctive positive correlativity with the plurality of board chairman and General manager, independent directors' proportion, RID fee, and RID employees while it is indistinctively positive with salary of superior managers, held stocks of General manager, capital investment, and is negative with enterprise's scale. The result tallies with the development actuality of high-tech enterprises in China.
