摘要
Three rams, crossbreeds of the Romanov sheep, were experimentally infected for the purpose of assessing the course of haemonchosis. Prepatent period lasted from 22 to 29 days. The number of eggs was checked in the faeces weekly since the beginning of their excretion - EPG (eggs per gram). High values of EPG were found in the rams from the third week of the infection (8500; 15280 and 16140 EPG). The highest values of EPG were measured in the rams from the fifth to the ninth week of the infection. One subject had two highest EPG maximums - in the eight and in the sixteenth week of the infection. This subject perished. In the other subjects, the infection gradually disappeared to the minimal EPG value and the experiment was finished.
