摘要
In the present study, we have investigated phytochemical of Loropetalum chinense (R.Br.) Oliv., eighteen con pounds were successfully isolated through a combination of silica gel column chromatography and repeate preparative chromatography. Among these compounds, there were six gallic acid tannins (1-3,5,6,8), four flavonoids(9,11-13) and eight quinine derivatives(10,14-20). The structures were established by extensive analysis of their MS and NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with literature data. The isolated compounds 2, 6, 8, 14, 16 and 18 similar to 20 were reported for the first time in the species Loropetalum chinense (R.Br.) Oliv. an the genus Loropetalum, compounds 2, 6, 8, 14 and 16 from the family Hamamelis. Therefore, the chemotaxonomic importance of these metabolites is summarized.
