摘要
With the development of project management, project combined with other disciplines becomes a clear tendency. There are some study topics about the application of strategic management in project in 2006. The uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity are the internal unique characteristics of project, and this situation becomes more diversity nowadays. This article focuses on how to solve the uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity of project from the perspective of strategic management for project team. By a model of a project as a payoff function that depends on the state of the project and the choice of a sequence of activities, the problem becomes to maximize the expected project payoff. It is classified into four fundamental strategies for project team and then this paper analyzes comparably modem projects strategic selection with classic projects strategic selection. Therefore, project manager can choose appropriate strategies to control the uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of project.
