摘要
A case study is conducted at the specialty of materials science and engineering (MSE) with an interdisciplinary nature in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology (JLICT) to dissect the practical achievements of teacher team construction based on the characteristics of this interdisciplinary specialty. It is hoped that our findings will be helpful to other general engineering colleges as teaching-oriented universities in their efforts to develop interdisciplinary programs.
