摘要：
Use quantitative prediction technology to the main parameters of real estate industry. According to historical data analysis, establish a number of curve fitting mathematical model and finally established a linear regression equation on development of the real estate area. As a consequence, to forecast the development after 2010 and to provide reference for macro-control on land area.
