摘要
Real estimate price is affected by many factors. In the views of consumer and investment, this article divided all factors into demand factor, supply factor, interest rate and macroeconomic factors. Used cross-sectional data to research what factors affect Real Estate Price, after ignoring the effect of interest rate and macroeconomic factors, it found that demand and supply were the foundation of real estate price. Finally, dummy variable was introduced and found that there was no significant difference between central and western real estate price, while a significant difference between eastern and western.
