Gul Kurtulus is a lecturer at the English Language and Literature Department of Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. She teaches early modern and modern drama, and Shakespeare courses. Her first monograph, Stereoscopic London: Plays of Oscar Wilde, Bernard Shaw and Arthur Wing Pinero in the 1890s, was published by Peter Lang in 2020. She has been a regular book reviewer for the Sixteenth Century Journal since 2008.
