摘要
The influence of pregnancy, delivery and puerperium on headache prevalence and type was investigated in 46 women. 56% women with primary headache experienced partial or complete remission during pregnancy, 50% migraineurs suffered an attack during puerperium. Secondary headache was related to pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and preeclampsia (PE); up to 20% of headaches were caused by these pregnancy-specific conditions.
