摘要
In two dimensional organic conductors based on BETS molecule, where BETS is his (ethylenedithio) tetraselenafulvalene, superconductivity is induced under very high magnetic field parallel to the conducting layers. We review the overall features of the global magnetic phase diagrams and discuss the mechanism of the field induced superconductivity in terms of the Jaccarino-Peter effect, where the exchange interaction between the conduction electron spins on the BETS molecule layers and the localized magnetic moments in the insulating layers plays a crucial role.
