摘要
Electronic commerce has become an effective way for the development of small micro enterprises. This paper use SWOT analysis method to analysis the internal and external environment for small micro enterprises and propose four strategies for them to develop e-commerce on this basis establish and run the website independently, choose the third-party platform mode or choose customization and community-based e-commerce.
